Biography of the quiltmaker?

I believe my mother passed on her creative mind to me. She did a lot of knitting, crocheting and sewing. Make her own patterns from newspapers. What beautiful things she did. She told me if you like to do something that others would never think of doing as long as its your own idea. My parents were poor so we had to create our own ideas. My folks wanted all 6 children to finish High School. I was the oldest so I had to stay home and work.
