Donor states that the quilt was made by her mother Caroline D. Knight. Granddaughter of Moses Knight (1757-1828), a Revolutionary War soldier. According to paper file, donor information is confusing as Caroline D. Knight was the donor's aunt. The donor's mother was Abiah Page Knight (1812-1853).
