Made of three panels of paisley and border print on both sides. Possibly made by three sisters in the Bedell family of rural Pennsylvania. HowAcquired: Donated to the Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum by Anna Shuck, who received it as a gift from the Bedell family. Ownership/History: According to previous owners, the quilt was made by the Bedell Sisters-- Fanny Lorraine Bedell, Margaret Bedell, and Arminda Vincina Bedell-- before 1890. Appraiser thinks the fabric is newer (i.e. c.1914). LocMade: ///PA//USA
