Artist's Statement:

"Next Time" by Yvonne Porcella was the inspiration for my quilt "About Time". I was inspired by the use of red, the crayon like colors and free form pattern. The inspiration quilt was saying to me it's "About Time" to take the leap. Using bits and pieces of fabric from past quilts, both hand and machine quilting I completed "About Time". I enjoyed the process and will make more free spirit quilts.
