Artist's Statement:

Mainly, I love trees, especially birch and aspen. This small quilt was made "organically" from fabric I buried in the dirt for three weeks, fabric I dyed and fabric shibori-dyed. I hope it has an "organic" feel to it with the quilting and uneven binding and raw edges.
