Old-Time Nosegay - Leaflet No. 26

By Edith B. Crumb.

Aren't you glad to see the daisy in the border. It has been such a favorite for many of you and I know that you hoped it would be put in. Others hope that it will be left out as there are so many petals to make; but you won't have to make more than two of these, for we have all of the bottom border flowers already laid out and the daisy is not on that bottom strip.

Only one petal needs to be used for a pattern, as all 12 petals are alike. They look different only because they are arranged to lap over one another.

The daisy petals may be made of a soft yellow and the center of henna. Pink daisies with pale green centers may be used instead, if you prefer this scheme.
