Born in Chico, CA 1948.  Raised and now living on farm land near Nord, CA homesteaded by ancestors in 1865.  Graduated UC Davis with BA and teaching credentials.  Married Tom Arms and had two children, Adam and Lani.  Taught for 36 years at Paradise Elementary School, Paradise, CA, USA.  Now retired and quilting, gardening, reading and raising chickens.
