This Quilt of Valor was awarded to Claude Dominic Perasso, a WWII merchant marine veteran, on May 21, 2025 in San Francisco at an informal dinner held by the AMMV at the Marine Memorial Host Hotel. It was made by the Amador Valley Quilters, a Chapter of the Quilts of Valor Foundation.
