Horoscope Quilt - Pattern No. 23
Aquarius
Jan.21 to Feb.19

The ancients who used to study the stars as they lay under the open sky night after night thought they saw the figure of a man who carried water in a container held in his left hand.

The constellation of stars was finally known as "Aquarius" since that word meant water.

This constellation rode high in the heavens during the latter part of January and most of February.

Don't you think the Aquarius sign looks very much like two sharp waves? They will be so much easier to cut and applique than many of the others.

I wish there could be room to print all of the lovely letters that come in for the Quilt Club Corner. Every one of them is highly prized and I want to thank each of you who has written in and hoope that you will continue to do so for each letter no matter how small is looked forward to with pleasure and the other members are anxious to know all about what each of the other members is doing.

If you have not written, be sure to do so right away and slip the letter in the envelope the next time you write for a leaflet.

Good luck to all!

The Daily Horoscope is a fascinating feature which appears every day on the Women's Pages of The Detroit News - The Home Newspaper
