Old-Time Nosegay - Leaflet No. 28

By Edith B. Crumb.

In the bouquet which had the sweet William flowers there was small doubt as to their popularity, so it is being repeated again in the border, two being required - one for each side.

The outer rim of the flower may be made in a soft henna shade. The center may be of an exceedingly small figured print in henna on a white background, really the same scheme as suggested for this flower in the large bouquet.

Of course, if you decided on another color combination for the large bouquet on your quilt, you should repeat it in this border flower rather than have it in the henna tones.
