Builders' And Food Shows Next Week

Combined Expositions To Be Held at Convention Hall, Starting at 7 p. m., Wednesday

When at the stroke of 7 p. m. next Wednesday Convention Hall is lighted by Mayor Murphy by pushing a switch button at the City Hall, Detroit's public will find for the first time in years under one roof two exhibitions which have been annual attractions to home lovers. The occasion will be the opening of the thirteenth annual Detroit Builder's, Realtors, and Better Homes Exposition and of the ninth annual Pure Food Show, both to run from Feb. 25 to March 8.

The builder's exhibition will concentrate in space and time the whole field of financing, construction, equipment and outfitting of a home, while in the hall unit occupied by the food show the public will find exhibits of both new and long-known food products sent to Detroit for this occasion by the manufacturers of nationally advertised brands from all parts of the country.
