Ramapoque Historical Society at Josiah Day House

The Ramapogue Historical Society in West Springfield manages the Josiah Day House. The house is the oldest known brick salt-box style home in the United States. Owned by four generations of the Josiah Day family until sold to the Ramapogue Historical Society in 1903. All furnishings and artifacts are appropriate to the time period (pre-1902), including many original Day family items.
