Well, here is an airplane. It wouldn't be a quilt a boy would like if it didn't have at least one airplane, and on this there will be two.

It is so easy to make this block that there is little to tell you about it. Just three kinds of material are required and there are only five pieces in the whole design.

You may use your own taste for the selection of colors, but I would suggest that you follow the ideas of the prints as closely as possible, using a plaid for the body of the plain, polka-dotted material for the plane wings and stripes for the propeller.

Be sure that ll of the colors are fast, so that your time and efforts will not be wasted.

Make a second airplane just like the first and save it to be put in the quilt later on.
