Honorable Mention: Members' Choice Awards

I have always found the bold lines and brilliant colors of Piet Mondrian's art to produce feelings of joy and excitement in me. It has been my aim to create a quilt that produces those same feels for the viewer, to clearly reference his art while producing something quite original. I'd like to think if he ever put a moon in one of his paintings it might look something like this.
