By: Patterson, Naida Treadway
Naida Treadway Patterson was born and raised in Kentucky. Trained in both English and biology, she has a M.A.L.S. degree with majors in medical librarianship and school libraries. She worked in both areas prior to her retirement in 1989. She designs and makes jewelry using the lost-wax method. She has always loved research, and her current project has led her to try her hand at applique.
