Outline of appliqued pieces-in center medallion, All over grid-2" diagonal in borders, 2" straight in inner block border. The quilting stitches were even.

Owner first saw in early 1950's when her mother brought the quilt out to use-probably came from great aunt's house. Owner inherited from mother in 1983. The quilt was brought to Arizona in 1983. The quilt was previously owned by Katherine Lloyd Foster owned up until 1983.
