Contruction: Foundation Piecing, Hand Piecing, Blanket, buttonhole, or other decorative applique stitch, Other novelty technique, Embroidery, Painting, Heavily embroidered, piecing features excellent needlework including silk ribbon embroidery, ruching, crewel work, and chenille. Sawtooth edges are prairie points individually attached and of varying colors of brown, tan, and cream. Each corner is embroidered between two prairie points, giving the effect of a cornerstone. Decorative stitching along both edges of all sashing and border. All blocks save two contain embroidered motifs, painting, dimensional embellishments etc. of flowers, with decorative stitching along seams of all patches.
