Unemployed Seamstress' Quilt Wins First Prize in City Handiwork Contest.

Winning Design Now Goes to Century of Progress Exhibit.

A Louisville-made quilt yet may grace the bedroom of the First Lady. The one submitted by Miss Francess Klemenz, 724 Cedar Grove Court, annexed first prize in the contest sponsored here Friday by Sears, Roebuck & Company and qualified to enter further competition for the honor of being present to Mrs. Franklin Delano Roosevelt. the latter competition will be held at the Century of Progress Exposition in Chicago and carries with it an award of $100 among prizes totaling.

Miss Klemenz receives, in addition to the honor of entering her handiwork in the national competition, a cash prize of $10.
