No information is available as to the transfer of copyrights from Caden to the company. This advertising flyer with a clear photo of the quilt raises the question: Was the actual prize winning quilt sent to the company for photography purposes? The company owned a sizable quilt collection, but the original Star of the Bluegrass was not included.
