This is a quilt that, like the Wedding Ring, uses as many variegated prints as can be assembled, hence the "Friendship Ring" part of its name. Sew the 20 petals together, then turn in around the outside scalloped edge and applique onto a 15 or 16 inch background of white. Applique the center circle on last. Twenty-five blocks make a ful size quilt, or 20 a twin size, with border. Allow for seams.
