An article describing using powder puffs when making baby quilts.
Use Powder Puff for Baby's Quilt
Soft, fluffy baby quilts are made entirely of powder puffs either all in one pale pastel color or of several combined in clever design. These puffs are also used for little bed jackets that come just over the shoulders and are warm but never in that way. To be very extravagant a whole quilt can be made of them that is light as a feather and warm as toast.
